Although born and raised in Boston, Kimmi is a self-proclaimed citizen of the world. Having found ways to travel to more than 25 countries since she was 18, Kimmi believes at our core, we're all just looking for human connections, and based on that, has been able to globe-trot the world with side jobs, scholarships, and many helpful strangers along the way.

In her spare time, she loves eating, cooking, reading, circuit training, and the occasional daily glass of wine. She also lives by the immortal words of Kevin Gnapoor (Mean Girls), "Don't let the haters stop you from doing your thang."

Through this blog, she hopes to share her travels, eats, reads, and everything in between with you.

Kimmi's home base is in Boston, but she now lives in Namibia as a Peace Corps volunteer working on women's empowerment and girls' empowerment+education rights. (All opinions/thoughts of this blog belong to Kimmi and has no affiliation with Peace Corps or the US government.)
